Introducing Chase Chan

Chase Chan was born with God’s amazing help on March 19, 2006 at 6:48pm at the Washington Hospital after just 20 minutes of pushing and no epidural nor any kind of pain medication. We were only in the hospital for 2 hours, and we did most of the labor at home since Sunday early morning. Chase weighed in at 7 lbs 3 oz and he was 20″ long.

After the delivery, we were transferred to recovery room 29 in the South wing of the 2nd floor of Washington Hospital where Wendy and I were surprised to see Linda Wong, a Chinese Christian we’ve known for a long time, was in charge of the very same room tonight. We never knew that she worked at Washington Hospital, let alone that she worked part time and God put us together in the same room at the same time.

Thanks to God for His amazing providence and blessings!
