“What shall we say then? Are we to continue in sin so that grace may increase? May it never be! How shall we who died to sin still live in it?” (Romans 6:1-2)
Recently we’ve been studying the full spectrum of salvation (justification, sanctification, glorification) in our small group Bible Study. One of the sisters spoke of an illustration about some Christians’ lives, which I put together visually here:
Has Jesus opened the door to your prison cell of sin and granted you freedom from sin, only that you continue to stay in that prison cell and unwilling to come out? Where is the power and abundance of you being a child of God?
This illustration has become a great reminder and a way to reflect upon my daily walk with God.
